Type an author name or part of a title to filter the list instantly (client-side).Sort by
Choose a field (e.g., Title, Year) and toggle ascending/descending with the arrow.Add menu
Add new sources via:- Upload files/folders (PDF/MD)
- Add by identifier (DOI/PMID/arXiv)
- Semantic Scholar search (when enabled)
Bulk actions (activate on selection)
- Remove: delete selected records (files remain in trash per workspace settings).
- Export: BibTeX/RIS/CSV of selected items.

- Title → opens the details/preview (or PDF viewer depending on your config)
- Authors; Venue + Year
- Abstract preview with Expand to show more
- Metrics & metadata line:
- Citations pill (e.g., 89,742) from the upstream index (Semantic Scholar, etc.)
- DOI value (click/hover for actions)
- Key (your internal citation key, e.g., vaswani2017attention)
- Inline actions (right side of the card): tooltips clarify each; typically include
- Copy citation / Copy DOI / Open PDF
- Selection checkbox (far right) for multi-select
